Unlike some of our competitors, our support desk is manned 7 days, and we offer a freecall 1800 number for support requests over the phone.

Our servers are housed in a premium, secure, data centre facility which is manned by experienced technical staff 24/7/365 and monitored for outages. Webarama is a Plesk Gold Partner, which gives us immediate access to Plesk technical staff and developers.

7 Day Support

We recognise that our clients often require support outside of standard business hours. Our support desk is manned 7 days a week until 11PM each day.

Live Server Status

Webarama has a live server status page on our site which allows clients to immediately identify any issues with our servers. We also use this page to make announcements relating to scheduled server downtime for upgrades.

24/7 server monitoring

All Webarama servers are monitored live 24/7. In the event of any downtime, data centre techs alert our technical team by a direct call. Additionally, an email alert is dispatched to us so we know which server is affected.

Plesk Gold Partnership

Webarama has been a Plesk Gold Partner for the past 4 years. This close working relationship provides us immediate access to technicans expert in dealing with Plesk and Virtuozzo software, which is used extensively on our shared and VPS servers.
