Prince Harry and Meghan planning Australia trip seven years after royal tour

US-based British Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan, are reportedly planning a trip to Australia, some seven years after their 2018 official royal tour.

The couple — who quit as senior royals in 2020 and moved from the UK to California — have hinted that they are planning a return Down Under.

Prince Harry and Meghan shared in a letter to celebrity astrologer Angela Pearl — who they met with in New York in October — that they were considering a visit to Australia.

In a letter, written on stationery bearing their joint royal monogram, they wrote: “Dear Angela, We wanted to thank you for joining us…(redacted). Your energy and insight were such a welcome addition”.

A section of the note was blacked out when Angela shared it to Instagram, but the couple went on: “On a separate note, we hope your family in Ukraine remain safe, and we look forward to staying in touch, especially as we look to visit Australia again”.

The letter was signed “best wishes”, with signatures from Harry, 41, and Meghan, 44.

In October 2018, Harry and Meghan embarked on a 16-day tour of Australia and New Zealand – their first major royal tour as a couple.

They announced during the trip that Meghan was expecting their first child, Prince Archie, now six.

The couple went on to welcome Princess Lilibet, four, in 2021.
